  • All travelers entering Costa Rica need to fill out the Health Pass 48 hours before travel.
  • US citizens – COVID-19 vaccination record card
  • For other tourists – Vaccination certificate that has the name of the person who received the vaccine, date of each dose, pharmaceutical company
  • Unvaccinated visitors should provide proof of a medical insurance policy that covers treatment & lodging costs in case of contracting covid19.
  • All travelers must produce a return ticket.

Travel insurance is not required for :

  • Tourists under 18 years of age
  • Adult tourists fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines
  • The last dose of the vaccine must have been received at least 14 days before arrival in Costa Rica.

Philippines Partially Open.
Quarantine Required.
With effect from 1st May 2021, the government laid down guidelines for the entry of passengers.

US citizens are not permitted to enter. Check the Philippine Presidential Communication Operations Office website for more information.

Foreign nationals must have pre-booked a government-specified quarantine hotel accommodation for at least 10 days.
They are subject to a covid19 testing on the 7th day since arrival.

Travelers coming from or who have been to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Oman, and United Arab Emirates in the past 14 days will not be allowed to enter.

Quarantine: 14 days in a government-designated facility. For quarantine classification protocols and regulations, visit the Philippine Department of Health’s website.

Vaccination: Not required

Covid19 negative test: Not required. Passengers are required to undergo a covid19 RT-PCR test upon arrival.

Poland has restricted entry via all borders to foreign nationals. Only those who qualify for exceptions are allowed to enter or transit.

Quarantine: 10 days mandatory quarantine for travelers entering via border. Certain exceptions negate the quarantine if you qualify.
Vaccination – Not required.

Quarantine not Required.
Effective 22nd December 2020, the entry of travelers from the U.K. has been suspended.
Effective 24th June 2021, U.S. citizens are allowed to enter Spain if they present a QR code generated through the Spain Travel Health portal.
U.S. citizens who are traveling to Spain from other countries should make sure they follow the guidance published by Spanish authorities on their local Spain Embassy website.
All passengers arriving from third countries must fill out the Health Control Form (FCS) and show the Q.R. code at the Border Health Control. Your form needs to be finalized 48 hours before your entry.
Covid19 negative test report: Required 72 hours before departure.
Quarantine: Not required, unless specified by the authorities.

Vaccination or a negative COVID test is not required if you are traveling from the US

Covid19 negative test report: Required 72 hours before departure. Specific data is required on the test report, failing to provide which will deny entry into the country.

Travel has been opened to individuals falling under The Royal Thai Government Guidelines, including anyone traveling for medical treatment.
Certificate of Entry is issued to all travelers by the Thailand Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
U.S. citizens are allowed to enter.
Quarantine: 14 days (at own expense), regardless of nationality or vaccination status.A hotel booking confirmation of the government-designated Alternative State Quarantine for 14 days.
For Non-Thai Nationals, a medical certificate and Covid19 negative medical test report 72 hours before the time of departure are required. Method for testing: RT-PCR.

Turkey Partially Open.
Quarantine Not Required.
Tourists are exempted from Covid19 restrictions. Foreign arrivals for short trips or tourism are exempted from the curfews in place.
With effect from March 15, all passengers arriving in Turkey (except those in transit) are required to fill “Form for Entry to Turkey” within 72 hours before their flights.
Covid19 negative PCR test report: Required from passengers who are 6 years or older 72 hours before the flight.
Quarantine: As of 22nd April 2021, all passengers who visited India in the past 10 days of travel will be quarantined for 14 days at places selected by Turkish official authorities.
Passengers traveling from another country, transiting in Brazil and South America, are subjected to quarantine at places selected by Turkish official authorities.
Quarantine is not required if you submit
*A negative PCR test result within 72-hours of boarding the flight, or
*A document issued by the relevant country’s official authorities stating that they have been vaccinated at least 14 days before entering Turkey and/or have had the disease and were cured within the last 6 months.
PCR test: Not required for arrivals from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Israel, Japan, United Kingdom, Latvia, Luxembourg, Ukraine, and Estonia.
Medical tourism travelers will need a medical visa and specific health documentation to enter Turkey.

Quarantine Required.
Citizens of all countries can visit the UAE for tourism if they are fully vaccinated. They must undergo a rapid PCR test at the airport on arrival.
Covid19 negative test report: Unvaccinated passengers are required to get the report 72 hours before departure.
Medical travel insurance should cover covid19 treatments.
Quarantine: Depends on the Emirate, COVID-19 testing results, and additional government guidance.

USA Partially Open.
Quarantine Required.
All air passengers arriving in the U.S. from a foreign country are to get tested three days before their flight departs.
They are to present the negative test result or document of recovery from covid19 before the flight departs.
Antibody tests are not compliant with the requirement.
If you are traveling via one or more connecting flights, the test must be done 3 days before the first flight if the layover is not over 24 hours.
If the flights were booked separately, or the layover is longer than 24 hours, you need to get tested 3 days before your arrival in the U.S.
CDC requires that the passengers have a paper or electronic copy for review by the airline before they board the flight.
The document may also be reviewed by the Public Health Officials upon arrival. Written documentation of the result is to be provided to the airline before boarding.
With exceptions, the Presidential proclamations suspend the entry of individuals who were present within the following countries during the 14 day period preceding their entry to the U.S.:
China, Iran, European Schengen area, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, and India.
Each state in the U.S. has varied quarantine requirements. Please verify the requirements to enter each state.
CDC recommends each traveler to get tested 3-5 days after travel and quarantine for 7 days post-arrival.
Vaccination: Not required.

Vietnam has suspended entry for foreign individuals apart from individuals in exempted categories.

USA Partially Open 1. CDC recommends delaying international travel till complete vaccination is done
2. CDC recommends getting tested 3-5 days after travel.
3. Unless your destination requires it, you do not need to get a covid19 negative test prior to departure.

Canada Partially Open 1. The Public Health Agency of Canada advises avoiding all non-essential travel.
2. All travelers are required to have a covid19 negative test report 72 hours prior to entering Canada.
3. Before you depart, you are required to plan your travel priorly as suggested by the Canadian government.

Australia Not Open 1. Overseas travel has been suspended.
2. Travel to high-risk covid19 countries will only be allowed for urgent cases.
3. With effect from 18th April 2021, quarantine-free travel to New Zealand has been allowed if you meet the travel requirements.
4. International travelers are encouraged to return home whenever possible.
5. Temporary visa holders are allowed to depart depending on the restrictions of their home country. They will only be allowed to enter back in cases of an exception.
6. Australian citizens and Permanent residents are only allowed to leave if they get an exemption.

New Zealand Not Open 1. Citizens are advised not to travel.
2. Quarantine free travel permitted only to Australia, with “exercised cautions”.
